HerSecretReel (hersecretreel.com) respects copyright and follows the rules of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Since we only embed videos hosted by third parties, removing a listing here means the listing on our site is taken down, but the original video stays on the host’s site. The host should also be notified if you want the video removed there.
How to send a copyright notice
To report a copyright issue, send your notice to our designated Copyright Agent using the contact page at contact page. Your notice should include:
- The URL of each listing on hersecretreel.com that you believe infringes your copyright
- A clear description of the copyrighted work you own
- Your contact information
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by you or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
What happens after we receive your notice
We review complete notices within a few business days and remove the listed content from our site. If your notice is missing information, we’ll ask you to provide it. If someone repeatedly infringes copyrights, we exclude them from our index. If you receive a removal and believe it’s a mistake, you can send a counter-notice under § 512(g) through the same contact page.
